Project management
If a project is short on human resources or the necessary expertise is not available, we can intervene and take over project management duties either temporarily or for a longer period – depending on what the client requires.
This may involve, say, chairing a meeting or a commission, leading a database project or a promotional programme, implementing a knowledge management mandate or managing an office for a regional association.
